CWX GROUP COACHING
WHAT IS CWX GROUP COACHING?
THIS IS NOT A CLASS.
This is progressive strength training in a group environment.
This is shared learning and support from the group.
This is supporting the best practice for a safe learning environment.
This has a different monthly focus.
With group training we look at improving overall strength by fundamental lifts and accessory work.

‘I’ve tried the gym several times over the years and never really stuck at it for more than a few months. I always felt like I didn’t have a clue what I was doing and looked daft. Attending "group" with Rach has given me the confidence to carry on. I now feel confident and strong in the gym and love every minute. 18 months down and hopefully many more to come.
Group training also keeps me accountable to the group and I never want to miss out. But, most of all, what brings me back time and time again is the laughs with new friends, no matter what my day has been like, we have a laugh and I leave with a smile!’

Everything You Need to Know
HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE THERE TO A GROUP SESSION?
There can be up to 12 people on a session, in which situation there would be 2 coaches. The coach to client ratio is 1:6 so we can maintain standard of movement and coaching quality.
HOW LONG ARE THE SESSIONS?
Each session is 1hour.
WHICH SESSIONS CAN I COME TO?
It is your choice, and the coach will direct you as to which sessions suit your goal so you get the most out of your training.
IS IT FOR MALE AND FEMALES?
Yes absolutely. Whilst we are currently female dominant, we want more men on board! We strongly believe in men and women training similarly; Joe and Rach train together but look very different so would like to bust this myth. You can make the training as hard as you want, it will suit people of all abilities and strength ranges – you get out what you put in!
DO I HAVE TO COME TO THE SAME SESSION EVERY WEEK?
No, but it is advised for continuity so you can see progress. The more consistent you become, the better for your results.
WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN GROUP TRAINING AND PT?
This is a progressive programme that anyone can do. PT is specific to the individual, whereas 'group' is a universal programme designed for everyone. In 'group' you have the accountability from others along with banter, socialising and support. PT is your time to work on what you want to work towards and everything that comes with that such as nutrition, mindset, lifestyle etc.
NB: If you really want to make progress, our recommendation is a combination of PT and group.
