Memberships
14 day cooling off period from joining
Payment collection dates are 1st or 15th of each month
CWX GYM 12Month: £40 – All 12 payments must be completed. After the 12 payments are completed, members will then be in a rolling membership. Rolling memberships will allow members to cancel anytime after the 12 month period is completed, with 30 days notice
CWX GYM ROLLING: Monthly Membership – £52.50– Rolling monthly contracts must be cancelled with 30days notice
CWX PT: Monthly Payment agreed on sign up. Personal training and group training require a months’ notice to cancel. Minimum of 3month contract.
CWX GROUP: Monthly payment –3 month minimum contract
Corporate Membership: £35 – Cancel anytime
Members can freeze their memberships for a maximum of 3months. By freezing, you keep your membership running, and will not be subject to joining fees upon return
If any personal circumstances occur please get in contact with CoreWorx to see whether we are able to assist you. A doctors note/ evidence may be required

Memberships and rates are reviewed annually, and thus may increase
It is up to the member to email CoreWorx to cancel their Membership. To cancel, email: info@coreworx.co.uk
Gym Rules
Please clean down equipment after use and put it away in the correct place
Members agree to the ‘Gym Rules’ contained in the full Ts&Cs, and listed in reception before attending the gym. If any member is found to be repeated breaking the gym rules may receive a ban or termination
The Gym may be closed due to unforeseen circumstances, however reception will do their best to give advanced warning of this
Access Devices/Unmanned Hours
Members Access Device can only be used by the contract holder. They are responsible for always keeping their Access Device secure and confidential and must not share with anyone other than themselves
Extra care should be exercised when using the gym during unmanned hours. Should an issue arise, contact information is available in the foyer/reception, along with a phone for use in emergency situations. The phone will be located at reception. Members are responsible for their own safety during unmanned hour and agree to following protocol listed in reception
The gym will be remotely monitored and recorded during this time
Any members seen to be misusing the equipment, not tidying away after themselves, or otherwise leaving the gym in an untidy manner, could risk membership suspension or termination
Loss of Access Device will incur a £10.00 charge for replacement
Classes & Bookings
Cancelling a class within 12 hours of the class start time will incur a cancellation fee of £5.00
Members must book onto a class they want to attend, failure to do so will result in refusal to the class
